Job Description – Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, GST and TDS compliance, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Manage purchase, sales, and expense entries in Tally.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain records of payments and receipts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with auditors and management when required.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Experience preferred (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
