Welcome to Pagaar India. These terms and conditions outline the rules, regulations, and legal boundaries for using our website (accessible at www.pagaarindia.com).

1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms stated on this page, please discontinue use of Pagaar India immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user, whether a Job Seeker or an Employer/Recruiter) and Pagaar India.

2Account Registration & Security

To access core features of the platform, you must register an account and agree to:

Be at least 18 years of age (or have valid legal guardian consent).
Provide true, accurate, current, and verifiable registration details.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for actions taken under your account.

3Specific Terms for Job Seekers

Candidate Code of Conduct:

Your uploaded CV, educational background, past experience, and portfolio must represent your genuine professional history.
You will not apply for positions using fraudulent identities or proxy contact numbers.
Applying for jobs on Pagaar India is 100% free; you are under no obligation to pay any fee to apply.

4Specific Terms for Employers & Recruiters

Zero-Tolerance Recruitment Fee Policy:

Recruiters are strictly forbidden from demanding or collecting application fees, laptop lease charges, uniform fees, security deposits, or training costs from candidates. Any violation results in instant permanent account ban and reporting to regulatory authorities.

You represent that you have legal authority to hire on behalf of your listed organization.
You will only post active, genuine job vacancies (no multi-level marketing or illegal schemes).
You will respect candidate privacy and adhere to Indian labor laws.

5Intellectual Property & User Content

When you upload content (resumes, logos, descriptions), you grant Pagaar India a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit it solely for job matching purposes.

All proprietary code, portal designs, databases, graphics, and trademarks are the sole property of Pagaar India. Automated scraping or copying of database records is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited Portal Activities

Deploying bots, scrapers, or automated extractors to harvest phone numbers or resumes.
Sending unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or sales pitches to registered candidates.
Attempting to breach server security or perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

7Limitation of Liability

Pagaar India serves as an online matchmaking platform. We do not directly employ candidates or guarantee hiring outcomes. In no event shall Pagaar India or its founders be held liable for damages, recruitment failures, or transactions conducted privately between third parties.

8Account Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms without prior notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
