Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for Web Technoedge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for web development, digital marketing, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for project delivery
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in IT sales (web development, apps, digital marketing, etc.)
