Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Cold Calling Executive to drive lead generation and client acquisition for DT Digisol’s digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, skilled at handling objections, and capable of converting prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or self-generated leads
Introduce DT Digisol’s services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.)
Identify client needs and pitch relevant solutions
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Handle objections effectively and maintain a positive attitude
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Confidence and clarity in speaking
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
CRM and lead management familiarity (preferred)
Time management and target-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
0–3 years of experience in telecalling / cold calling / sales
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
salary Ranage- 12000 to 150000
