Key Responsibilities:- Machine Operation: Setting up and operating Mitsubishi Wire Cut EDM machines independently. Programming: Reading 2D/3D CAD drawings and preparing/loading cutting programs (G-code/M-code) into the machine controller. Job Setup: Selecting appropriate wire (Brass/Coated), setting workpieces, and ensuring accurate alignment (within micron tolerances). Quality Control: Inspecting finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Verniers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges to ensure they meet technical specifications. Maintenance: Performing routine daily maintenance, wire threading, and cleaning of filters/tanks to ensure the machine runs at peak efficiency. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues like wire breakage, surface finish errors, or dimensional deviations during the cutting process.
