Process Management: Set up and operate electroplating equipment to coat metal sheets with tin. Chemical Maintenance: Monitor and maintain plating tanks, including adjusting chemical concentrations, temperature, and pH levels. Surface Preparation: Oversee pre-treatment processes such as degreasing, pickling, and rinsing to ensure the base metal is ready for plating. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and use thickness gauges to ensure the tin coating meets industry standards and client blueprints. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of anodes, cathodes, and filtration systems. Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow safety protocols regarding hazardous chemicals and wastewater disposal.
