Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer data and sales records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for business growth.
• Prepare daily sales reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
