Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Machine Sales Executive to drive our business growth by identifying new market opportunities and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our machinery products, understanding client requirements, and closing sales deals to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Product Demonstration: Explain the technical features, benefits, and applications of our machines to potential clients.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify growth areas.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Sales Process: Handle the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial inquiry and quotation to negotiation and final closing.
Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and feedback to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Industrial Sales or Machinery Sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical specifications of machines.
Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites and industrial hubs for meetings and demos.
Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
