mechanical industry), B. Tech, M. Tech, Business, Sales or a relevant field.

• Basic Knowledge of computers (MS Office)
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
• Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales Techniques & develop a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with our offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
