Job Title: Sales Execu;ve – Ligh;ng Trading Business Loca;on: Wazirpur Industrial Area Department: Sales Reports To: Business Owner Salary - 20,000/- to 25,000/- Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Execu7ve to join our ligh7ng trading business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for genera7ng leads, building strong client rela7onships, and driving sales of ligh7ng products across residen7al, commercial, and industrial segments. Key Responsibilities * Iden7fy and develop new business opportuni7es in the ligh7ng market * Promote and sell a wide range of ligh7ng products (LED, decora7ve, commercial, industrial, etc.) * Build and maintain strong rela7onships with contractors, architects, interior designers, retailers, and corporate clients * Conduct client mee7ngs, presenta7ons, and site visits to understand requirements * Prepare quota7ons, nego7ate pricing, and close sales deals * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Coordinate with the procurement and opera7ons team to ensure 7mely delivery * Stay updated on market trends, compe7tor ac7vi7es, and new product developments * Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interac7ons, and follow-ups * Provide aNer-sales support to ensure customer sa7sfac7on Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marke7ng, or a related field (preferred) * 3–5 years of experience in sales (experience in ligh7ng, electricals, or building materials is a plus) * Strong communica7on and nego7a7on skills * Good understanding of ligh7ng products and applica7ons (or willingness to learn) * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) * Willingness to travel for client mee7ngs and site visits Key Skills * Sales & nego7a7on * Rela7onship management * Product knowledge (ligh7ng solu7ons) * Market research & lead genera7on * Time management and organiza7on Performance Metrics * Sales revenue and target achievement * Number of new clients acquired * Customer reten7on rate * Conversion rate of leads to sales Compensation * Fixed salary + performance-based incen7ves * Travel allowance (if applicable) Why Join Us * Opportunity to work in a growing ligh7ng business * Exposure to diverse projects (residen7al, commercial, industrial) * Performance-driven growth and incen7ves
