The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays updated with search engine trends, and has hands-on experience in SEO tools, strategies, and best practices. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. • Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization. • Execute off-page SEO strategies such as link-building, outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions. • Monitor website performance and traffic trends through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools. • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement and technical issues. • Collaborate with content writers to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website content. • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends. • Track keyword rankings and generate performance reports for the management team. • Optimize website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall user experience. • Assist in local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role. • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ________________________________________ Nice-to-Have Skills • Basic understanding of content marketing principles. • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms. • Familiarity with PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). • Understanding of schema markup / structured data. ________________________________________ What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. • Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced digital environment. • Supportive team culture and continuous learning opportunities. • Flexible work environment (mention remote/hybrid if applicable).
