Skinaa Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager
(ASM) to lead and manage the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets in
the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
● Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
● Conduct regular joint field work and provide on-the-job training to team members.
● Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize market potential.
● Build strong relationships with Dermatologists, Physicians, Hospitals, and Key Opinion
Leaders (KOLs).
● Increase prescription generation and market share for company brands.
● Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
● Ensure effective distributor and stockist management for uninterrupted product
availability.
● Analyze team performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
● Organize CMEs, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical pharmaceutical marketing
practices.
● Submit timely sales reports, market feedback, and MIS data.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences
● Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a
managerial role.
● Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
● Good understanding of the dermatology market and prescription-based selling.
● Ability to analyze sales data and prepare business reports.
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
● Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
