About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our
pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships with doctors and
chemists, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
● Promote pharmaceutical products scientifically and effectively.
● Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness among healthcare
professionals.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and retail
chemists.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Conduct CMEs, doctor meetings, and product presentations.
● Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
● Ensure product availability through distributors and retail pharmacies.
● Maintain daily call reports (DCR), tour plans (TP), expense reports, and other sales
documentation.
● Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
● Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Eligibility
● Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology,
Chemistry, or any graduate.
● Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
● 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative will be preferred.
● Experience in Dermatology, Cosmeceuticals, or Pharmaceutical sales is an added
advantage.
