About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle client communication through email and WhatsApp. This role focuses on managing inbound leads, follow-ups, client relationships, and business conversions. No cold calling involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries through email and WhatsApp.
• Manage, nurture, and follow up with inbound leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Convert leads into business opportunities and generate revenue.
• Negotiate with prospective clients and close deals.
• Maintain lead and client records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Client Relations, or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong email drafting and professional messaging skills.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
