Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and convert leads into customers.

The candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu and have excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations when required.
• Research competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and lead status.

Required Skills

• Fluent in Hindi, English & Telugu – Mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Lead generation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle client objections professionally.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales/ Client Acquisition.
• Candidates with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
