Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Onboarding Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting new customers, partners, or employees through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely account activation, and a seamless onboarding experience. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers/partners/employees throughout the onboarding process.
• Verify and collect required documents as per company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain onboarding records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete onboarding formalities within the defined timelines.
• Resolve onboarding-related queries and provide timely updates.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
• Maintain daily onboarding reports and update management on progress.
• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all stakeholders.
• Escalate issues or discrepancies to the concerned team whenever required.
• Perform additional operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: 10th Pass

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in onboarding, operations, customer support, field operations, or a similar role.

Age: 20 years and above

Gender: Male Candidates Only
