Sales Officer / Executive (TVS Credit services)

Job Summary

TVS Credit Services Limited is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Officers / Sales Executives to promote vehicle finance products, assist customers throughout the loan process, and build strong relationships with dealers and customers. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and authorized dealer/showroom locations.
• Explain TVS Credit loan and finance products, schemes, and offers to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for the loan application.
• Assess customer eligibility and complete the loan login/application process.
• Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for timely loan approvals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with dealers and customers until successful vehicle delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer partners.
• Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and guidelines.

Eligibility

• SSLC / PUC / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are eligible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit customer/dealer locations.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
