### Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Tender Executive – Fresher** to join our team. The candidate will assist in handling **Government Tenders, GeM Bids, E-Tenders, and tender documentation**.
### Key Responsibilities
* Search and identify relevant government.* Assist in preparing and submitting GeM and e-tender bids.* Read and understand tender documents and requirements.* Prepare basic documents such as quotations, undertakings, declarations, and compliance sheets.* Maintain records of submitted tenders and important deadlines.* Coordinate with the team for required documents and information.* Monitor tender status, corrigendums, and results.* Ensure documents are properly prepared and submitted on time.* Perform basic work on **MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet/Email**.
### Eligibility.
* **Freshers are welcome to apply.*** Basic computer knowledge is required.* Good communication and documentation skills.* Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.* Willingness to learn GeM and e-tendering processes.
### Preferred Skills
* Good attention to detail.* Ability to work within deadlines.* Basic English reading and writing skills.
### Salary
**₹11,000 – ₹12,000 per month**, depending on skills and interview performance.(Incentive)
