Business Development Associate – Telecalling & Sales

Location: Mumbai

Urban Company is looking for energetic, target-oriented and growth-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates**.

### Key Responsibilities

*Make 100–130+ outbound calls daily to Urban Company service partners.

* Engage with partners, understand their concerns and effectively communicate solutions.

* Drive partner engagement, conversions and other business outcomes through calling.

* Handle objections, follow up consistently and maximize results from every interaction.

* Work towards daily and monthly performance targets.

* Maintain accurate calling and performance-related data using Excel/Google Sheets.

### Who We’re Looking For

*12th Pass / Graduate / Fresher – all are welcome.

* No specific degree or educational background required.

*Strong Hindi communication, with basic English proficiency.

* Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.

* Self-motivated, resilient and willing to learn and grow.

*Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge*.

*Own laptop is mandatory.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
