Position: Telugu Calling Agent / Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telugu-speaking Calling Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Communicate with customers fluently and professionally in Telugu.
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns politely.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversions.
• Provide regular updates to the Team Leader/Manager.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
• Fluent Telugu speaking skills are mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and customer objections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, or calling software is an advantage.
• Candidates with telesales or lead-generation experience will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives
