Job Summary

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Calling Agents to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, handling queries, and achieving daily calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly to customers.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Build good relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the Team Leader and report daily performance.

• Follow the company's calling process and guidelines.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Telugu and Kannada is preferred.

• Hindi/English communication will be an added advantage.

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working with daily targets.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.

Salary

₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives, based on experience and interview performance.
