Job Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle inbound customer queries via calls, chat, or email.
• Resolve customer issues with a professional and customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.

Customer Advisory & Telesales

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Collection Executive

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment commitments while maintaining a professional approach.
• Update collection status in the system and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

✔ 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, Customer Service, Telesales, Telecalling, Sales, or Collections.
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
✔ Good verbal communication in English and regional language(s).
✔ Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
✔ Willingness to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment.
