About the Role

MitrSewa Group of Companies is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and audience engagement.

• Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimization to improve organic traffic.

• Execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversions.

• Create engaging marketing content, promotional creatives, and campaign copies.

• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

• Prepare regular MIS reports covering campaign performance, marketing expenditure, and ROI.

• Coordinate with the IT, sales, and business development teams to support digital initiatives and revenue growth.

• Research competitors, identify market opportunities, and recommend campaign improvements.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

• Experience in social media marketing and content management.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

• Knowledge of Canva and basic creative or video-editing tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, and content-writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, track KPIs, and meet deadlines.

• A performance-oriented mindset with a focus on leads, conversions, and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.

• Candidates with a demonstrable portfolio of campaigns or measurable results will be preferred.
