About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Based on-site in Vadodara, you will oversee digital campaigns, enhance our online brand presence, and drive high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate has a blend of creative flair and strong analytical skills to optimise campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to meet acquisition and ROI targets.
• SEO & SEM: Manage search engine optimisation strategies to improve organic rankings, alongside execution of search engine marketing efforts.
• Social Media: Oversee social media content calendars, build community engagement, and elevate brand visibility across all corporate social profiles.
• Content Creation: Collaborate on or write engaging copy for email marketing, blogs, landing pages, and marketing collaterals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and present performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to pitch innovative marketing concepts to the leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience working in a dedicated digital marketing role.
• Tool Proficiency: Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Strategy & Analysis: Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to adjust campaigns dynamically based on performance data.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for effective copywriting and cross-team collaboration.
• Work Preference: Comfortable and ready for a full-time, on-site position at our Vadodara office.
