About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential clients, conducting field visits, and converting leads into customers.
The role involves selling Business Cards, NFC Cards, and Website Solutions to businesses and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Visit potential customers and understand their business requirements.
Present and explain the benefits and features of Business Cards, NFC Cards, and Website Solutions.
Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
Stay updated about competitors, market trends, and customer needs in the local market.
Requirements
6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Direct Sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting new customers.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
Experience in selling digital products, websites, SaaS, printing, branding, or business solutions will be an advantage.
Candidates with knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR business market will be preferred.
