Job Summary

We are hiring Technical Sales Executives for an International BPO in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in Technical Sales, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Inbound Sales. Candidates with experience in Printer Support, Antivirus Support, Software Sales, Technical Troubleshooting, and International Voice Process will be preferred.

The role involves handling inbound customer calls, diagnosing customer requirements, recommending technical solutions, and generating sales revenue through effective communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Identify customer technical issues and requirements.
• Recommend suitable software, technical support plans, and services.
• Generate revenue through technical sales and upselling.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance.
