Key Responsibilities • Design high-quality creative graphics, banners, and digital marketing creatives using industry design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW). • Plan, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. • Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, keyword research, and content updates to boost search engine rankings. • Manage social media channels, publish engaging posts, curate reels/videos, and interact actively with community followers. • Track analytics metrics, click-through rates (CTR), conversion costs, and prepare monthly performance reports. • Collaborate with sales and marketing managers to brainstorm innovative promotional campaigns and product launch visuals. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Media, Computer Science, or equivalent digital certification. • Demonstrated portfolio of creative graphic designs, ad creatives, or successful digital marketing campaigns. • Hands-on knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Meta Business Suite. • Understanding of consumer psychology, modern visual aesthetics, typography, and viral digital content trends. • Strong copywriting skills and creative storytelling capability in English and Hindi.
