HR Executive to manage recruitment and basic HR operations for our premium jewellery showroom in Patiala.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews, joining, induction & training
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave & HR reports
• Manage HR/CRM databases
• Coordinate staffing requirements with management and the Store Manager
• Support employee engagement and general HR administration
🔹 Requirements
• Graduate in HR; MBA/PG Diploma preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
