We are looking for a Counsellor to guide and support candidates/students by understanding their needs, providing proper information, and helping them make the right decisions. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

Counsel candidates/students over calls and in person
Understand their requirements and provide suitable guidance
Maintain counselling records and follow-up details
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Ensure a positive counselling experience

Requirements:

6–1 year experience as a Counsellor / Tele-counsellor (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
