Job Description

Vyoma is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and following up on enquiries and quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.

• Prepare accurate quotations as per customer requirements.

• Share quotations with clients on time.

• Follow up with clients regarding quotations and enquiries.

• Coordinate with the field sales team and internal team.

• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and provide the required information.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales coordination.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.

• Good follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to prepare quotations.

• Good customer-handling skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Experience in architectural hardware, construction, real estate or building materials will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Important

This is a non-target-based Inside Sales position. The main responsibilities are quotation preparation, client communication, follow-ups and sales coordination.
