Job Description

RKM Jewellers is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Jewellery Sales & Customer Relationship Executives to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their jewellery requirements, presenting suitable products, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the showroom team in achieving sales targets.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally at the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Explain jewellery designs, product features, purity, making charges, and other relevant details.

• Present suitable jewellery options and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

• Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information.

• Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions and special sales events.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer-engagement targets.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Follow company policies regarding billing, product handling, and customer service.

Required Skills

• Excellent Punjabi and Hindi communication skills

• Ability to learn about jewellery products quickly

• Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media for customer follow-ups

Preferred:

• Previous experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, banking, insurance, real estate, FMCG, or customer service

• Knowledge of gold, diamond, or jewellery products

• Local market/customer network

• Experience in lead generation or field sales
