Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, practical familiarity with Tally and GST, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Handle purchase and sales entries, vouchers, invoices, and expense records.
Perform bookkeeping and general accounting activities.
Assist in GST calculations, documentation, and return preparation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Assist with taxation, financial reports, and month-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts, and supporting records.
Support the finance team in other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Educational Qualifications
BCom or an equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Freshers and candidates with relevant accounting experience may apply.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Basic understanding of GST and taxation.
Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel and financial documentation.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
