Job Description – Medical Representative (MR)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and relevant medical institutions while building strong and long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals as per the assigned territory.
• Promote and communicate product benefits, features, and clinical information effectively.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective doctor engagement and prescription generation.
• Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals through regular and meaningful interactions.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information, and customer insights.
• Ensure effective product availability and coordinate with distributors and chemists.
• Maintain accurate daily call reports, doctor records, and other required documentation.
• Organize product presentations, sampling activities, and other approved promotional activities.
• Follow company policies, ethical standards, and reporting procedures.

Requirements: Good communication, convincing skills, willingness to travel, target orientation, and a positive attitude.
