Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our electronics retail team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining products, generating sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronics products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers and warranties.
• Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order confirmation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the showroom, inventory and delivery teams for order fulfilment.
• Maintain customer and sales records in the system.
• Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate for after-sales support.
• Stay updated about new products, offers and market trends.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and WhatsApp.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Prior experience in electronics, mobile, appliances or retail sales will be an advantage.

Education

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Energetic and confident personality.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Compensation

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 In-Hand per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
