We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, client communication, and sales while working closely with the sales team.
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
Make outbound calls and introduce Koimi Infocom's services to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads based on business requirements.
Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable solutions.
Maintain and update lead and prospect information in the CRM/database.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings and converting qualified leads into opportunities.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Prepare and share company/service information with prospective clients.
Achieve assigned daily and weekly activity targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written English.
Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective clients.
Willingness to make outbound calls and conduct follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and candidates with an interest in sales/business development are welcome to apply.
