🎯 Job Role

The Insurance Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance agents/advisors and achieving health insurance business targets through the agency channel.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
• Build and maintain a strong agency/agent network.
• Explain health insurance products, benefits, coverage, and policy terms to agents and customers.
• Train and motivate agents to generate business.
• Support agents in customer meetings and policy sales when required.
• Generate leads and develop new customer opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with agents and customers for proposals and policy issuance.
• Maintain regular contact with active and inactive agents.
• Conduct field visits for agent recruitment and business development.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC as per company process.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with the company team for policy issuance, renewals, and customer queries.
• Develop business in the assigned Hyderabad area.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Any completed degree.
• Male candidates preferred.
• 6 months–1 year minimum experience in field sales, insurance sales, BFSI, telecom, FMCG, or similar field-sales roles.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and meeting customers/agents.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Target-oriented and willing to build a career in insurance sales.
• Candidates who can recruit and manage a team of agents will be preferred.
