We’re looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our team and manage lead allocation, CRM operations & sales coordination for Callyzer – a SaaS-based Call Tracking & Lead Management Platform.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage & allocate incoming inquiries
• Handle Round-Robin / Weighted Lead Rotation
• Identify & merge duplicate leads
• Monitor pending, overdue & untouched leads
• Maintain accurate CRM & lead data
• Coordinate with Sales Teams & Managers
• Prepare daily/weekly reports
• Track response time & follow up on delayed leads
• Coordinate with Product/Tech teams for CRM issues
🎯 Required Skills:
• 1–3 years in Sales Operations / CRM / Lead Management
• Good knowledge of CRM, Excel & Google Sheets
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Ability to manage 30–50+ daily inquiries
• Good attention to detail & ownership mindset
