Key Responsibilities • Provide professional patient care, monitor clinical vital signs, and update electronic health records accurately. • Administer prescribed medications, clinical treatments, or pharmaceutical dispensing under strict NABH protocols. • Assist consulting physicians and surgeons during diagnostic rounds, patient assessments, and minor procedures. • Maintain sanitary, sterile clinical environments and adhere stringently to infection control standards. • Communicate treatment plans and post-care guidelines clearly and compassionately to patients and family members. • Oversee pharmaceutical stock, emergency medical kits, and verify equipment readiness on duty shifts. Required Skills and Qualifications • B.Sc Nursing, GNM, B.Pharm, or D.Pharm from a recognized board with active State Council registration. • 1 to 4 years of proven clinical nursing or hospital pharmacy experience. • Sound understanding of medication dosages, emergency life support (BLS/ACLS), and clinical documentation. • High emotional empathy, crisis resilience, and strict dedication to patient medical confidentiality. • Male candidates preferred as per current ward allocation and shift requirements.
