Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader with at least 1 year of experience to manage a team, monitor daily performance, and ensure targets and company processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of employees on a daily basis.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor team performance and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to management.
• Motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Identify performance issues and provide coaching/support.
• Handle basic employee concerns and coordinate with HR/management.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of Team Leader/Senior Executive experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
