Job Description

What We're Looking For 
• Proven track record as a technical lead or architect on production software products 
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership 
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, mentoring mindset 
• Comfort operating across the full stack — cloud, backend, mobile, and AI

 Experience & Education 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role 
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to production at scale 
• Experience building or scaling SaaS / web-based products (real estate or proptech experience strongly preferred)

Required Technical Skills 

Cloud & Infrastructure 
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (compute, storage, networking, IAM) 
• Container orchestration with ECS / containerization (Docker) 
• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines 
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPC, security groups, TLS) 

Backend & Data 
• Expert proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript 
• Strong PostgreSQL experience — schema design, query optimization, performance tuning 

Mobile 
• Native Android development with Kotlin 

AI / ML 
• Experience deploying ML models in production, including model serving with vLLM 
• Familiarity with tokenizer configuration and inference optimization 

Nice to Have 
• Experience building products for the real estate & proptech 
• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams 
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) 
• Background in high-availability, high-throughput systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
