We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain products/services clearly and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team and schedule appointments when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
