We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executives to join our International Inbound Ticketing Process. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel sales, ticketing, international BPO, or customer-facing sales roles. If you possess excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle inbound calls from international customers
✅ Assist customers with flight bookings, ticketing, and travel-related queries
✅ Recommend suitable travel options based on customer requirements
✅ Convert customer enquiries into successful bookings and sales
✅ Explain fares, schedules, travel policies, and promotional offers
✅ Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions
✅ Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
✅ Maintain accurate booking records and customer information
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process

Requirements:

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales, Ticketing, International BPO, or a related field
✔️ Excellent English communication skills
✔️ Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities
✔️ Knowledge of flight ticketing and travel processes preferred
✔️ Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
✔️ Comfortable handling international customers
✔️ Immediate joiners will be preferred
