HIRING | TELE SALES EXECUTIVE HireXpert is hiring Tele Sales Executives for the Uttam Nagar, New Delhi team. Salary: 15,00025,000 + attractive incentives. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in loan sales, preferably from Bank, NBFC, DSA, Fintech, or loan sales backgrounds. Experience in Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Working Capital, or Overdraft (OD) will be preferred. Key responsibilities include outbound calling, lead generation, lead qualification, loan counselling, document collection, application processing, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, referral generation, cross-selling, and coordination with Operations until disbursement. Daily targets include 150 outbound calls, 50 connected calls, 10 qualified leads, 5 document collections, and 100% CRM updates. The ideal candidate should have communication and convincing skills, be target-oriented and self-motivated, and be comfortable with high-volume calling.
