🚨 CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE! 🚨
💼 Role: Customer Service Associate – International Voice (Banking & Cards)
📍 Location: Goregaon–Malad, Mumbai | US Process
💰 Salary: Up to ₹5.8 LPA
🎓 Eligibility:
• Graduate: 1–12 years BPO Voice experience
• HSC: 18 months–10 years BPO Voice experience
❌ Freshers are not eligible.
🕒 Shift: Rotational/Night | 9-hour shift | 6 days/week, including weekends if required
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries efficiently
• Achieve SLA, KPI, AHT, RSAT & Customer Experience targets
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Implement process updates and feedback
✨ Skills Required:
✔️ Excellent English communication
✔️ International Voice experience preferred
✔️ Positive attitude & strong teamwork
✔️ Flexible for rotational/night shifts
📌 Interview: HR → V&A → OPS
