We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join a premium fine jewellery retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a polished personality, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, understanding their requirements, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and service. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional and courteous manner. Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget to recommend suitable jewellery. Explain product features, designs, quality, craftsmanship and pricing to customers. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and referrals. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and provide an excellent end-to-end shopping experience. Maintain detailed knowledge of the jewellery collection, latest designs, offers and promotions. Assist with product display, visual merchandising and maintaining overall store appearance. Handle jewellery carefully and follow all company policies related to inventory and security. Support billing, order processing, exchange/return procedures and other store operations when required. Maintain customer records and follow up with prospective and existing customers. Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold premium retail service standards. Candidate Profile Graduate / 12th pass with relevant retail sales experience. 14 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer products. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented with a pleasant and confident personality. Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Presentable, well-groomed and professional. Basic computer/POS knowledge is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and in rotational shifts. Candidates with experience in fine jewellery, branded jewellery, luxury retail, watches, premium fashion or similar industries will be preferred.
