PROJECT COORDINATOR

📍 Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

💼 Position: Project Coordinator

💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

📌 Salary: Depends on Experience

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

📍 Candidate Preference: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR candidates preferred

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities

✔️ Coordinate with Project Managers, Design, Site, Production, and other teams

✔️ Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

✔️ Follow up with internal teams and vendors for timely completion

✔️ Maintain project-related documents, reports, and records

✔️ Prepare and update project status reports

✔️ Communicate project

requirements

and updates to relevant team members

✔️ Monitor material, drawings, and other project requirements

✔️ Identify delays/issues and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution

✔️ Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle

✔️ Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and follow-ups

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

✔️ 1–2 years of relevant Project Coordination experience

✔️ Good communication and coordination skills

✔️ Good knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel

✔️ Strong follow-up and organizational skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

✔️ Good documentation and reporting skills

✔️ Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

✔️ Immediate joiners preferred

✔️ Candidates from Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
