Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.

• Help monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and order movement.

• Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, inventory, and logistics documentation.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal departments.

• Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.

• Monitor shipment status and escalate delays or delivery issues.

• Assist with preparing logistics reports and operational performance summaries.

• Help verify invoices, delivery receipts, and transport-related documents.

• Support efforts to improve delivery efficiency and reduce avoidable logistics costs.

• Follow company procedures and applicable safety and documentation standards.

• Use spreadsheets or logistics software to update shipment and inventory information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers with 0 years of professional experience may apply.

• A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, depending on employer requirements.

• Basic knowledge of inventory, transportation, warehousing, or supply-chain concepts is beneficial.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
