Account Manager in Mumbai

HIRING – ACCOUNTS MANAGER | LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra📌 Preferred candidates from Thane / Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function of our logistics business and lead a dedicated team of approximately 10 Accounts professionals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete day-to-day Accounts operations• Lead, supervise & allocate work to a team of 10 members• Monitor billing, collections, payments, AR & AP• Bank, customer & vendor reconciliations• GST, TDS & statutory compliance coordination• Prepare MIS and management reports• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions• Coordinate with Operations, Management, auditors, vendors & customers• Ensure proper accounting controls, processes & documentation• Take complete ownership of the Accounts team's performance
🔹 Candidate Requirements
✅ 5–10 years of Accounts & Finance experience✅ Logistics / Transport industry experience preferred✅ Experience managing a team of 8–10 people✅ Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, AR/AP & reconciliations✅ Good command of MS Excel & accounting/ERP software✅ Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills✅ Should be able to work independently and take ownership
