Position: Delivery & Logistics Operations Coordinator
Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Prior experience in e-commerce, courier services, or supply chain routing is mandatory)
Location: Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida (Prime distribution centers and hub locations)
Salary Package : Monthly Take-Home: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

·         Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,80,000 P.A. (Up to ₹4.8 LPA based on experience and operational skills)

 

Role Overview:
We are launching a high-volume recruitment drive for Delivery & Logistics Operations Coordinators to manage expanding transit networks across the Delhi NCR region. In this role, you will take control of daily dispatch tracking, monitor fleet performance, optimize distribution routes, and ensure last-mile delivery SLA compliance. Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound shipment logs, tracking precise dispatch and arrival times.

·         Supervise ground delivery riders and external vendor partners to maintain zero-delay last-mile delivery operations.

·         Optimize route planning using live tracking systems to reduce fuel costs and turnaround times.

·         Resolve field execution bottlenecks, address customer delivery escalations, and handle damaged or returned goods protocols.

Key Requirements:

·         Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduates / Any Graduate.

·         1 to 3 years of experience in hub operations, e-commerce dispatch, or fleet management.

·         Deep geographical awareness of routes across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.

·         Working knowledge of digital logistics applications, dispatch tracking systems, and basic MS Excel.
