Key Responsibilities

• Test websites, software applications, and digital products to identify defects.

• Understand application requirements and help prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as required.

• Report bugs clearly, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.

• Retest fixes and verify that reported issues have been resolved.

• Maintain test documentation and prepare basic testing reports.

• Work with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve defects.

• Assist with API testing and database validation when required.

• Learn test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira.

• Explore automation tools and frameworks as required by the project.

• Follow quality standards and contribute to improving testing processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers with 0 years of professional experience may apply.

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, subject to employer requirements.

• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.

• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test cases, and bug life cycle is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or programming is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or Jira is a plus.

• Good analytical thinking, observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates with academic projects or software-testing training are welcome.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary and Benefits
